After that I'm done !
This is a 1943 or 1944 Harmony archtop. Probably Cremona model. You can tell by the wooden tailpiece that was used during WWII because of rationing of steel and other metals. You'll also notice that the tuner gears are all steel instead of brass. I recently restored one of these and it plays and sounds great. If you look in the guitar you may find a number ink stamped F or S and a two digit number following it indicating year. Cool old guitar and probably worth 250-350 in playing condition
Hey! I have one of these and this is the one and only exact match I can find online. Mine is stamped F-44. The model is H1060, not super easy to find with these inlays! According to Harmony, the F and S mean fall and spring respectively, the other 2 digits being the year. Mine was thrown out in a back lane and my grandpa dug it out to give to my father who'd asked for a guitar for his birthday sometime in the late 80s/early 90s.
