A very interesting antique carved ox bone Cameroonian
seated Ancestral Power figure.
Possibly Bafo.
It has a smokey dark patina and the carving is high lighted
with a dark pitch.
The figure is holding in his right hand, his own Ancestral Power figure.
Unusual piece.
He stands 6 inches high and is very tactile.
Weight 120 grams.
Anyway, that is what my research has told me. If you know more please let me know?
