Here is one of my recent finds that it seems some radio collectors out there may enjoy. It is an all original Philco Radio that is in very good condition for its age. The broadcast radio also works, but does have a hum that varies in volume depending on the station that is tuned in.

Its dimensions are around 29.5W x 40.5H x 14D inches. There is a broadcast plus 2 short wave bands for both police and overseas. I am unsure if the police and overseas station work or can be tuned in.

I would appreciate any feedback on whether this is a more common or rare model. I did some research and in around 2005 ones in similar condition to this and working were selling for over $400.00 apparently. So I am not sure where they would be priced at this time. Thank you my friends for looking and any feedback that you may provide. Take care, have an awesome day, and upcoming weeekend! : )

I may be able to add to the history of this particular radio. This is the exact model and in fact may be the very individual radio I owned from ~ 1970 - 1990. I bought it for $35 and sold it for 150.00. The reason I believe this is the radio I owned is based on the radio stations listed on the buttons and the cracking on the plastic around the faceplate as well as some dings. One way to confirm is to look at the dial cord if it's not original (as I replaced it). In addition, there was one of the spindles that was cracked and repaired (near bottom).
