I am going to need a lot of help with this one. I found this stuck inside an envelope of copies of research materials of this bookplate (none of which helped me with this piece). It is on hand laid paper so I know it is old. I am not sure which Wentworth Earl of Stanford it belonged to though. There is also a small "69" in the bottom right corner.

There have been two creations of the Wentworth family as the Earls of Strafford, the first line dying out at the end of the 17th century. And, looking at the paper it is very unlikely to be either of these two:-
Thomas Wentworth, 1st Earl of Strafford (1593–1641) (forfeited in English Civil War 1641)
William Wentworth, 2nd Earl of Strafford (1626–1695) (attainder reversed 1662)

The title was recreated in 1711 and it is more likely to come from one of these three, but I can't help anymore:-
Thomas Wentworth, 1st Earl of Strafford (1672–1739)
William Wentworth, 2nd Earl of Strafford (1722–1791)
Frederick Thomas Wentworth, 3rd Earl of Strafford (1732–1799)
