Art Deco Ceramic Lady with Her Dogs

I need help figuring this one out - I got this recently and immediately loved it when I saw it in the case for the first time. I know nothing about it, other than it is cool to me and reminded me of my Grandmother back in the day...
Does anyone know how old it might be or who may have made it? The bottom has a few numbers engraved into it - looks like an 89 or a 68 stamp- then a 92, and a 801 or a 108 etched into it.
Her coat is a plum color and the Scottie dogs are super cute. Good detail and no issues to the figurine. She is about 12-13 inches tall.
