HARMONIKKA vase, Tamara Aladin (Riihimäki Lasi Oy, 1971)

This vase is one of a series of 5 vases and a candlestick included in the HARMONIKKA series, one of the most simple yet striking series designed by Tamara Aladin. The series includes three square-shaped base vases (standing 15, 19'5and 25 cm. tall- this one is the tallest of the three), two round-shaped base vases (standing 13 and 25 cm. tall) and a candlestick with shade (with a square base) that stands 21cm. tall.

It s a beautiful, thick walled, heavy piece.
