this was a beautiful piece my Dad and his girlfriend collected. I was blown away by the beauty of her face and the detail in her garb. unfortunately I neglected to see a flaw...her head must have broken and has been repaired. I recently sold her,and the buyer has brought this to my attention. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as to how value is depreciated by such a discovery. Not looking for dollar amounts,just thoughts to help me determine a fair and reasonable solution to my dilema. My thanks!
Was this an ebay transaction? If so the buyer does have the right to request a refund in full. As the seller, it is your responsibility to fully disclose any and all problems with the piece.
