You have a Wilbur air pump vaporizing liquid or carbon tetrachloride extinguisher of the 1 qt variety. It should say Wil-X-Manufacturing corp. , headed by P.L. Wilbur. In the triangle should say MLCo, the actual manufacturing outfit that made the unit. The patent number 1859983 is for something else entirely. The patent number for this device is 1869992 issued in Dec. 1931. There are others by P.L. Wilbur that are later if you can figure out what your number actually is. It was most likely made between 1933 and 1940 or so. Enjoy!
