Trying to identify this chair!

Hi everyone! I have this amazing chair but I'm clueless as to who made it! There is a stamp on the frame that says OCT1964 P.C. and the fabric information is still attached with a vinyl number of 57779. The only other info on the chair is a stamp on the metal hardware of the swivel. I THINK it says Savon??? But it is in an odd script so could be something completely different!

As you can see the poor seat has a few splits. I am going to have it reupholstered but I don't wish to use any of the newer vinyls so I'd like to ATTEMPT to find a vintage bolt of the same vinyl or a similar vinyl if I can (not holding my breath that's for sure).

If anyone might have a similar chair or know who made this chair I would greatly appreciate any information that you can share!
