Hello, thats correct the name of this pattern is Plume Panels, It was made by a Fenton, roughly 100 years ago, the value? 50-150, your picture is some what blurry but it looks like the color is excellent! i would put a price tag of 125.00 Or Best Offer. but that is my opionon:)
      Best Regards

Mickey, This vase is a plume panel, made by Fenton, they produced them from 1904 -1925, its hard to tell what color you have, but here are the prices I have from the price guide.Amethyst 75-110, Blue 60-90, Marigold 30-50, Olive green 45-70, Saphire 475-600, Vaseline 500-650. I think you have the Amethyst, so that would be $75.00 - $110.00. I referenced this from the Warman's Carnival Glass 2nd edition identification and price guide.
