The following bottles were discovered in a closed off craw space in my home about five years. Three years Ago when we remoldeled I was able to retrieve them, they have since been stored the same very old wooden crate that i found them. I've finally gotton around to research some and believe the era of these bottles are from 1930's - 1940's. They are Soda, Water and Beer Beverage bottles all from Brooklyn, New York, New York City and one from Lynbrook, Long Island, also one bottle is unmarked with just a symbol. Another bottle say Thos E. Morrissey on it so i wonder if that what was in the bottle. They all have raised embossed names and or logo's. They are as follows:

I think their in pretty good condition considering how old. They just need a cleaning, now how to display them? My husband says TGIF, I think a museum.
Hello! I thought you might be interested to know that you found a soda water bottle that was from my great grandfathers beverage company, R F Cantwell ( Richard Frances Cantwell). I have a very cool photograph of him standing with his horse pulled soda water cart. I would absolutely love to know what you decided to do with all of those beautiful bottles and share the photograph with you if you are interested!? Cheers!
Very nice! I must have found a long lost cousin here because my great grandfather, Richard Frances Cantwell, had a soda water business in Brooklyn. My grandfather, Richard John Cantwell, also had a photo of the horse pulled soda water cart for as long as I could remember in his dining room. I'd love to get a copy of that too.
Hi Melissa. Do you have a private emAil I can reach you at? I think your grandfather was my grandma Cynthia's brother. My mom always talked about an Uncle Dick. I would love to chat more and compare family history notes. Maybe you can fill in some of the gaps!
Hi there. So sorry I missed this reply you posted. The email was buried in my inbox. Yes, I remember lots lots of stories about Cynthia and Hester. You can reach me via email at melissa at ugiansky dot com.
Love your collection wondering if you've ever heard of the Dirksen Bros. I found a bottle the address on it is 461 Onderdunk Ave Brooklyn NY it looks like a pint milk bottle but I can't find any thing on it. Anything? thanks
