I think this is an old slave contract signed in blood with the blue tax stamp on it. I am not sure of the age but the document has mention of Haiti. I couldn't find a date on it. The blue tax stamp says six on it and I think it is English.

Could anyone please help me out with some more information about this piece or where I can go to find out more information.

Thanks a bunch, all input is appreciated.

It is an indenture document, not a slave sale-- although some indentured workers probably felt like slaves.

The blue stamp with silver shows that the tax was paid (I believe to register it as a legal document). The date is JUN 20, 1733 and it looks like it was done in London (can't read all of the letters).

The red at the bottom is most likely wax and not blood.
