Does anyone recognize this style chair? I believe it to be mid century modern but I am not sure. It does recline. Any thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you

My grandmother had one of these in the 50's, it kind of reclined on tracks.

I have one of these in my storage now. We bought it in 1969 in Nevada. It it a double recliner with green vinyl.

Hmmm... the lines say mid-century, but the fabric says 70s early American. It was probably originally upholstered in a vinyl like the previous poster comments. Nice.

I have a chair like the one shown. My chair is vinyl and it has the original horse hair. I saw the same kind of chair I own in a movie from the 1960's with the actress Natlie Woods. The chair was in a psychiatrist office.

Your chair was produced in St. Louis mo by the Contour chair lounge company. The were in business from 1955 1980. I love them.

We have a double wide Contour that we had reupholstered. It vibrates and reclines~ Does this one vibrate?
