Two old feed signs

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about these signs.There are no dates on them. They have been in my barn for years rustiong away. Can they be redone and how? They originally came from an old barn in our town many years ago. I believe they still make calf manna, but Red Rose has been out of business in our area for years..Thanks for any info.
