ginnyvaet66, your candlestick was manufactured by Chicago Telephone Supply Company. The company was formed in Chicago in 1896, but moved to Elkhart, Indiana in 1902. The company is still in business today under the name CTS. The receiver you have on the Chicago candlestick are patented dates for Kellogg Switchboard and Supply Co. Your phone was manufactured around 1910.
