Two boys one dad and two birds

Nice domestic moment of a dad with his two boys on the porch. Each boy is holding a bird in their hands, probably pigeons. The newspaper that the man is holding is entitled "The Globe" with a full page picture of some important dude. I believe this was my grandfather and his brother with his dad.
