This is a blue crystal or possibly glass cordial decanter (I believe)
It stands at 9 3/4" with stopper and approx 7 7/8" with out stopper.
It is a very pretty piece, but I have no idea what it is, when it was made and what type of value this may have.
Could any one help me out?
    Thank you

I'd say cobalt cut to clear bohemian crystal. Crystal marks can be extremely hard to locate, and pieces are frequently not marked at all. Sometimes the bottom of a piece and the inside of the neck of a decanter can provide some clues in how they are finished.

*LOL* I have GOT to start checking how long something has been here before I answer these things. :-D

*L* not to worry, mustangtony. It's so easy to miss some great items once they get off the first couple of pages, I'm glad you dug this one up! :-)
