Google for vintage round butter dish and you will find your dish many times.

Thanks, fhrjr2. I have googled and found some pictures of the same dish, but so far I haven't found what the pattern is.
I thought maybe someone here would recognize it. :)
I am sure someone here will be able to help you with the pattern. Wait until people get home from work and boot up their computers. Shouldn't take long for a reply.
the pattern is called Massachusetts and was orginally made by U. S. Glass (USG #15054) in 1898. However, USG would not have made it in pink glass. So this is a more recent reproduction.
Cool! Thanks, TallCakes! This is a great resource...you are all so knowledgeable and wonderful about sharing. :D
this one may be by A A Importing Glass
Heacock first mentioned these repro Massachusetts butter dishes in clear and light green in the 80s. They are made in Taiwan. AA Importing makes no glass, they import it from third world countries with only paper labels to identify the country of origin. The unscrupulous simply peel off the labels and sell it as "old" to the unknowing. This is a form of fraud, but try to prove it...
