I have this small painted blue basket and I need your help .

I was wondering anyone could help with its age and origin (by state) and possibly the value. I also welcome any comments or additional information you may have. The basket measures as follows:

Width 7.5" x 10.5"; H 6.5" and with handle 11.5"

Hi there. I have collected First Nations baskets for years up here in Canada. 90% of buttocks baskets up here are made by the 6 Nations tribes. I would imagine many were from NY state. This one is an older basket IMO, maybe turn of the century or sometime on either side of that date. Nice paint and condition.
