This little cup just charmed me - found it today at a thrift store. There are no marks whatsoever. The handle is certainly distinctive. Could this be some kind of transfer ware? I love the blue and white, and its diminutive size. I would appreciate help in identifying this item, just so that I learn more about its past. Thank you.
