I found this in the bottom of a box I got at an auction did not even know what it was. I then started to research it and as far as I got so far it seems to be very very rare just thought it would be cool to share my find
Possibly the Novelty knife company who specialized in pocket knives with clear celuloid handles with risque pictures under the cell. Since no one has come forward with a solid ID on this knife I would suggest joining bladeforums.com and posting pictures on Bernard Levines forum, the Guru of knife knowledge.

If there is a makers mark on the tang of the blade try to get a close up picture of the mark. I have never seen one like this, I agree that it's likely rare and possible valueable. However you are not allowed to ask the value on Levines forum without a paid membership, but you will get a solid ID. Take pictures from straight above the knife on all side of it and they should be in focus.
