I have this great looking clock and i can't find any info on it and it is driving me nuts! My wife and I were walking through a swap meet in Fort Worth Tx and we came upon this and she bought it for me for our anniversary. I have kept it on my work desk for several years and this last month a hot water heater burst in the celing above my desk and it got soaked and now it doesn't keep time!!!!!!!! I am going to get it priced out to be fixed but that prompted me to start looking for info again so any help is much appreciated!
This is the response from the Dr Pepper Museum in Waco Tx
Hi Michael:
Thank you for your inquiry! This clock would have been given out an awards ceremony maybe to the top seller of the company or something of that nature. This clock did come from the 1960s as the “bounced p” logo suggests. Unfortunately due to our nonprofit status I am unable to provide you with an appraisal on objects currently within our collecting scope. However I would be more than happy to provide you with someone who can give you an appraisal. His name is Mr. Charles Brizius and he is an avid collector of Dr Pepper memorabilia. He can be reached at 214 520 5777. I hope I have been able to provide you with some new information however if you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
