      If you tell us what the markings are someone might be able to help. Is it a foot in diameter or three inches? How tall is it? Try to provide details.

      One of those markings indicates price of the item, and it is 3 Russian rubli and 00 kapeiki. It was used for mustard serving in USSR time. The other I wouldn't be able to tell. All I see it is written with Russian letters

      Vintage Russian Enamel & Glass Open Salt Cellar
      glass insert. metal base with enameled design. Those number you are giving 810MMEi for me look's like 8?MME hard to see the lats one. I do not know what that means, but I can guarantee it is 100% Soviet period, made in USSR in 1970s. Usually it comes wits a little spoon.

      I think its a melchoir alloy made of copper and nickel. I can read some Russian but it's hard to translate into English. If the first word looks like BlOMMET, my best attempt would be vyoomyet:)

      Hi sarahoff! Thanks for picking up on this one!

      I've had a look around the Russian internet and have an hypothesis about the first mark.
      The second mark is unclear at this stage.

      I think we have Russian Cyrillic in the word you transcribe as "BlOMMET".
      I know that CW does not do certain alphabets but I believe this is "9?????".
      In fact this is a Russian way of coding materials produced in the Soviet Union.

      It has four parts:
      Date 1969: 9
      The letter "?" or 'yoo' as you mentioned, indicates a piece of jewelry.
      The letter M is for Moscow.
      MET indicates a metal item.

      BlOMMET = 9?????
      It's explained in Russian here. They are equally confused!

      Sorry about those question marks.
      Each one is an unrecognised letter of the Russian alphabet.

      BlOMMET = 9lOMMET.
