Recently , I bought these lamps at an estate sale. They were displayed on sideboard with a early 20th century German clock.
Each lamp is approximately 18 inches tall, has a three screw base for securing a black and red cylindrical glass.
Does anyone know the year produced, manufacturer, or place of origin? I've never seen this type of light. Any information would be appreciated!

These are very nice. They are Classique Mantle Painted Torch Lamps and were made 1910-1920. Go too http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/2536186 to see a pair that sold for $800.00. They are beautiful! Thank you.

Thank you so much! They were missing the label from the base.

frtzzy, Classique was an American (Chicago) company and is often confused with Handel. The quality is exceptional and Classique did a fine job of reverse and obverse painting to create a 3D affect. Yours, I think, are better than the ones that sold for $800.00. They were made around 1910. You should make your main picture the one of them lit. It would capture the attention.
