      Hi jewels

Nice Flow Blue transfer printed earthenware plate dating from around 1820 to 1850. After 1891, all items leaving for the USA from the country they were made in were required to have the country of origin such as "ENGLAND" added to the verso. Flow Blue is a very collectable area and teh more intricate the pattern the better. Shame about the chipped edge but this was typical of earthenware and the damage it suffers

Thanks for the information, I thought it was flow blue but wasn't sure. I think I got it at a yard sale for 25 cents a few years ago.
