These are all hand-hooked rugs, probably made with a purchased pattern and not free-form. The Waldoboro-style rug (with horseshoe and roses) is probably late 19th century, while the others are first-half of the 20th century. All were under $60.00--for hand-hooked rugs!

I'm always amazed that I can find really beautiful hand hooked or rag rugs for less than anything of the same size in Target or other stores. I stopped buying imported new rugs a while ago when I learned about the UN reports on child labor in textile industries (India, Turkey are the top worst). But I love the story behind these rugs.
