unusual watch ,need more information about it.

I received this watch a year ago ,it is around 1" long, in heart shape, has a loop for chain,unknown metal outside ,looks like steel with darker spats ,the watch was lubricated by a local watch repair service but nobody could say who is a maker of it and how old it is etc. It works good. How much it could be worth ?I appreciate any information about this mystery watch.
