    All I know about this piece is that it appears to be a lamp and is marked DRGM Depose which dates if from 1891-1945. There is a logo of a miner carrying a lamp on a few of the inside components.

      I would say from what I can see, you have part of a Countertop Cigar Lighter. They would have them sitting on the counter in cigar stores for customers to light up.
