I could not find anything as well on the bottle. I do know the clear ones from the teens to the late to early 30's bring anywhere between 30-65.00. If it was emerald or cobalt and from say Paris or Argentina you'd be looking at around 300.00-600.00. And even possibly double that considering rarity and condition.
Back in the teens through the 30's these seltzer bottles were like milk bottles. Like the milkman in the U.S. there was a "seltzerman", mainly in Europe and especially Argentina. That's why they pay big money for them. It's nostalgia. And also they look nice on a bar or back lit somewhere.
