Cast Iron heater removed from my mother's house when she had to do some remodeling. It is solid cast Iron with a electric fan and a the back flows into the four vents that can be seen along the underside of the top. There is no visible identification anywhere on the stove (I've looked). It does not appear to be homemade, though it is possible that it is handmade.
It's an older (70s) attempt at an airtight stove. You could buy plans for the from mags like Harrowsmith back then.
It's also sheet steel for the most part, not cast iron. The ash tray at the bottom could be cast, hard to say from the pics. If it is cast it's likely from an old stove but used on this one.

Knifeguy, thanks for the comments. I have been trying to gather information about this stove for quite some time. You gave me more in two comments that I was able to find on my own. I will post a couple of other pictures that I have that show the rear fan area. I would appreciate any additional light that you might be able to shed on this item.
thanks
Dennis
I added a few additional pictures to see if anyone could shed anymore light on when or where this stove might have been made. I am not even sure whether to call it a stove or a heater.
