It is an Indian Motorcycle front fender ornament.Lots of reproductions on ebay for $45. I would expect to see some chrome pitting and plastic discoloration if it were original
Ok thanks the head is real yellow and a very hard plastic?
Also it has a Patp.p.102948 Does that mean anything?
I think old Ron nailed it, if it were original, the plastic would be more crazed.
