I found this little piece in a box lot of things I purchased. I have searched the Internet, but come up with nothing. It looks like a small incense burner ( 2 1/2" tall) and is marked jiunn maa with a horse and a #5 I'm not sure if it is bronze, cooper or neither.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Definitely looks like a censer (incense holder), maybe try searching that word instead. Good luck!

I've been looking for this on the internet for years... I always remembered the words and picture of the horse on the bottom and I would do a Google search every now and then to see if it turned up. I owned one of these in the early 80s, when I was about 9 and very much into Asian stuff. I believe I got it at A Shop Called East (basically a head shop) in the Cherry Hill mall (NJ) and I would burn incense cones in it. One of the legs broke off, so I threw it out. It looked like there was cheap metal or maybe even clay inside. So, you see, it's not particularly valuable. Thanks for posting these pictures! Wow, that takes me back.
