Just wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with a country of origin and possible maker from the marks. I think the piece is Norwegian but any help would be appreciated.
    Thank You,
    Jason

I think the mark in the centre is that of Aksel Holmsen, Sandefjord, Norway. Founded 1932. Aksel Holmsen is best known for silver and enamel floral brooches in the 1950s and abstract grids with enamel made in the 1960s. His maker's mark f is crossed jeweler's bench tools.

I thought the mark in the centre was that of Aksel Holmsen, Sandefjord, Norway. But I've had second thoughts. The 830 is Norway , I agree.

Greek letters so the maker should be spelled HMH with the Western alphabet
