I can't see the back site of the enamel but I think this brooch was made in Limoges, France. The hallmark from which one is (silver) a lobster is a sign for it. There are the makers initials on the enamel namely: SF. And also a pin with a trombone type clasp. This type clasp was used at the end of the 19th century and continued to be used in Europe through the 1940's.
Is there anybody who can verify if my suggestion above could be true and if so, have you any idea where I can find the maker and of what period this brooch could be, please help me to find it out ?

I see the initials SF on the image & I am sure that it stands for Santa Fabiola.

Maltamary probably you are right. Although the initials are in most cases from the maker, so in this case you'r right or a coincidence that the maker has the same initials as Santa Fabiola, interesting! Thanks in any case for your help.
