Anyone have more info? I'm not to familiar with Antique Dolls (yet)This is what I think I know. :o)
I believe this is a German doll.
Probably a Alt, Beck and Gottschalk - or a repo from 50's I can't tell.
    Her ears are exposed.
She has a Dolly Madison or President's Wife hair style.
    Her ears are exposed.
    No crazing - nice china
Her body is filled with saw dust.
Her black boots are accented with gold buttons.
I think I can see a very light 2 inside one arm under the glaze
and a 3 on the other.
I also see a 2 under the glaze on the bottom of the breast plate.
    Her dress is hand sewn
Her lace petticoat is all hand stitched - no machined designs.
    She measures 21"

Hi your doll is a reproduction doll . Dating from 1950's to early 1990's . The painting is wrong and the china is not the quality of antique doll. She was made in a cermanic class from a copy of an original China . Exposed ear wavy hair from 1880. I do have a original of her I will post for you . The antique dolls in china never crazed which surprises people but if you see a china with crazing question it . The painting on the german China's is always perfect stokes and no china's ever had eyelashes . She is lovely to display and I would enjoy her as piece of history when women who could not buy an antique spent countless hours making these dolls . Thank you for sharing her

PS I see crazing on arms or crackling under glaze . Sorry she is not original antique but I think you seem to have thought so already .
