I found this at a local thrift store here in the Denver area. It is massive 16 wide and 13" high to the top of the handle with a 7 1/2 inch mouth.
As you can sort of see in the one picture it has a makers lable on the top "Pefection" with a shield and "Inspector 1" on the bottom.
Do you have any ideas what this is.

YOU PUT A STRAP around a cows belly and that pail hung on it that was connected to the milk machine that pulled on the cows tit.it was run by air and pulsated which pulled the milk out.
