Picked this machine up that was hibernating in a storage shed. Took a little work & repair to get it operational. Not very pretty and has several cosmetic problems but it is working and the grandkids love to play it. Success! Generally I don't think that most machines of this vintage(70's) is worth spending a lot of time and money on, unless it is something rare... Let's just say it has character and is to be basement bound... :-)
Let me just say that this is a rare machine cause it's pretty hard to find the single player ones. I think you did very well and if the Grandkids love playin it, that's a bonus! I would say it's in really good shape for it's age!
Thanks Signaholic!... Maybe down the road I will consider a little more time and effort but I do not want to destroy the history by "restoring" with non original parts.
Unfortunately the back glass and cabinet needs work.. for now I will hold off and play away... For what good is the game if won't play! ;-)
