I really don't know the particulars of these types of plates, but as I recall, they were produced around the time of the US bicentennial in 1976.

that gives me somthing to work from at least so far I'v searched and found nothing!
By the way did you have a look at the more detailed listing of my plate? I had to repost it just so that it would come up on the wall for someone to see it, I'm not sure yet how else to do it.

Sorry, I really don't know much about these plates. I used to have a similar one back in the late '70s, (for another historic site), but I don't have it anymore. I've seen a few of these through the years, but I haven't really investigated.
