Its made in Germany something to do with the weather I think its called a Barometer don’t know how it works it looks as if the face is porcelain
It almost looks like it should glows in the dark I looked on eBay there was some close to this one but didn’t find this particular one if you no anything about this please tell me something

its a Welby Wall Barometer from the early 1930's from Germany. Barometers predict weather by looking at changes in the pressure in air. Falling pressure means storms rising pressure means clearing.
As far as categories on ebay. I suggest Collectibles > Science and Medicine (1930 till Now)
Value is a crap-shoot It is a nice piece and should go around a hundred in my guess but I suggest looking for other Barometers in that category (search the completed listings under advanced)
