This particolar shade middle 1800 from Stevens and Williams ( England ) have around a part in Vaseline glass and glows Brillant on the Black Light . Wonder !

I am not so sure on the S&W attribution.
Could easily be Czech.

Not all reference sites are accurate.
Some of those attributions are questionable! I see Harrach and other Czech pieces.

There are some really good Czech glass folks on this site-- I am sure that they will weigh in later today.

In the general antique trade, you will often find anything with applied decoration on it attributed to Stevens and Williams.
Alfredo, Leah, Marty and several other contributors to this site are very knowledgeable on glass.
Your shade is a beautiful piece whomever made it!
