    I have been researching for over a year and I am positive that this is by "Reginald Marsh"! Its signed "MARSH 63" l.r. I need to have it authenticated but, the cost is beyond my means right now. I think it should be in a museum where everyone can enjoy it and learn more about this wonderful artist and his colleagues of our time. I have lots of proof. If I could get someone to look at my research? If any one knows anything about this painting and what I should do please, let me know.
