    Found this in a box of stuff I got at a swap meet. Overall its about 10 1/2 inches..blade length is about 5 inches. The ring at the top of the knife is actually part of the locking mechanism. The blade says Depose near the pivot and on the length of the blade it says LE Balkanique. The handles looks like it is made of horn scale. Just figured id throw this out there for folks to check out.

      this is not a classic navaja, it is often called a tinkers knife or an okapi, they are still being made in south africa and now in modern materials bu cold steel inc. on of my favorite everyday use knives ever. nice find, the german models are among the best
