Would you use this in your kitchen?

This thing was in a box of goodies I got at an estate auction a few weeks ago. I think it is either some kind of scraper or grater. Anyway, it's an interesting piece. The base is about 4" X 3" and the handle is about 2" tal at the top of the arch. If you have an iterest in it, let me know. I's like to send it to a new home where it's appreciated.
