I was told these are inlaid wood handles. I was also told they were civil war era. I put them on Eboy and was kicked off for misrepresentation. I don't know what they are. Help. Tom

These are Centrifuge-cast pewter bolster forks, introduced in production around 1866 by Goodell Cutlery Co , yours likely date 1880's 1890's.
