Mystery Spoon II 4" w/flatlander image & reindeer (p)Rima NS.

Spoon, w/flatlander? image & reindeer (p)RIMA NS appears to be printed on the back. On close inspection the fellow has balls for feet. Color is copper or gold but I don't know what the metal actually is.
My Mother-in-law, now passed gave me to spoon. She told me it was very old. (??) She was a member of Daughters of Norway and did collect Norway items. Any help with any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. J
