This is something that I picked up in a junk shop, not sure if its an antique or not, and to be honest I'm not sure I know how it works!
But when I work it out its going to look really good in the lounge.
It has a swing joint where it fixes to the ceiling so I was thinking that maybe it was from a ship, to keep its equilibrium?
If anyone can help to identify it then I would appreciate it!
