Found this in Tampa Bay waters. Looks like some kind of pirate decanter. if anyone knows more about this please let me know. it is in 2 pieces and has a couple of x's scratched into the top portion. Actually found this in two separate trips to the Bay and a couple of weeks apart and was amazed when i brought it home and actually realized it fit together!!
