I sure would like some info on this bowl. Its not Mop glass but more like cased or plated glass. I could not find any 10 crimped rim examples on any maker. I thought Webb when I first walked up on it last weekend. Anyone know?

      It's diamond quilted, no?

Its diamond quilted internally. Its not satin finish. Its a mystery to me.

This piece is modern Italian. The tell tale sign in their rainbow airtrap pieces are the bands between the colors. Victorian era rainbow airtrap pieces have smooth transitions between the colors.

Interesting. When you say modern Italian you are saying contemporary? Or Modern era? MCM? Thank you for your input.

1950's - 1970's. I have a full color advert from ~ late 60's - early 70's showing an entire array of their Victorian reproductions (including a full line of mother of pearl airtrap). There's a variety of these adverts in the Rakow Library at CMOG.

I really appreciate that info. I would like to go to CMOG. Is it as nice as they say? I like Murano glass. Do they have a lot of Murano glass there?
