Ronson Varaflame Colonial Rose Cigarette Lighter, Rosenthal Germany (unfortunately did not come with lighter insert). 3 1/8" tall and 2 3/8" diameter. Approx. 1961-1964. Had no idea it was a lighter base, thought it might be an egg holder of some sort! Bought it because it was dainty and beautiful! Carrollton, IL 2012 Any other information/comments appreciated!
I have the set with the lighter insert. It is packed away with about 45 other Ronson lighters and as I remember it is marked Rosenthal. (Lighter and cigarette holder)
