Ok, officialfuel, triker,pop_abides,packret & all the other "players" out there, i had bearly finished typeing out the first dash pict. when officialfuel &tricker where fighting over what vin. # the Nash Metro. was!! It took pop_abides just a little bit longer to figure out the "rat trap", but not by much. Ill give u a little hint, from 1-4 is latest make/model to oldest, & pict.#2 & pict.#3 are the same yr. #2 has an aftermarket stearing wheel, waiting on an original to finnish the restro. I know the pics. are a little dim, these cars are in an unlighted 10 car garage we built in the backyard, im still trying to finish 2 of the 5 doors on the front of it!Winner of this contest get to come over & add the next building!!

Ok officialfuel, but what are the vin#s?? lol . #1 is an MG midget, #2 is an 63-4 Corvair stationwagon that had a fairly decient restro. done about 20 yrs. ago. wayyyyy back in my 20s, i drove this car from Tulsa across the state line into Kansas, had a buddie with me and it was getting COLDER as we neared the border, i didnt know a thing then(& apperently not now) about the little 4 popper air cooled engine. All we knew is that it started to run slower & slower &......... until it quit running a stones throw at the "entering" Kansas sign!!! figured it was a stopped up fuel filter. After (an eternity) we finally noticed the frost on the intakes!! Cant really remember how we finally got it going, after all, Okla. had no Crown Royal ANYWHERE!! again, cant remember why, (imagine that!!) , we where 20, it was the 70s, & apperently i was a spoiled little S*#t. Need i say more

TRIKER, you are very close! beachcomb, i dont think so, unless it was in a very upscale area, one that would spring for a 46 convertible Packard clipper. I get tierd just walking around it. In 46, u dont find much chrome on any vehicle (do to W11, I dont know how they came up with it but the front end is LOADED with it. Sraight 8, elec. top, windows, all the bells & whistles. Its not really my cup of tea, got the aerodynamics of Larry the cable guy. Alright, #3 is the opposite of the Packard, but still a classy ride. Its a Studibacker hawk. I thick this car is flyin when its standing still!! Of coarce, u have to shut your eyes (real tightly) to get the effect. All (except for Ralph Nadiers) car need ALOT of love, hopin o spead it soon!! Since you guys like to play, ill post 4 more soon. Thanks all. Mikie
